Alternate road connecting to Venezuela's capital opened

London 27.02.06 | Meeting to the day the self-imposed deadline, the Chavez regime inaugurated yesterday the alternate road that connects Venezuela's capital Caracas with the country's main port and airport. Infrastructure, Information and Interior Ministers were the first to drive the 2.4 kilometers of new road in the opening ceremony. Kudos to Chavez's infrastructure minister and his team for a job well done and completed on time. If only other issues were tackled with such expediency...
