27.05.05 | This is the mail that incensed the President of the Venezuelan Supreme Court and he gave a copy to the press. What is most interesting is that it is signed by the "Fraud Prevention Unit". Why?

Note that it says the person should go to the Embassy to learn about a matter "of his interest". Ominous! Again: Why?
