Breaking News: Floods in Venezuela [update 3]

London 09.02.05 | 09.46 GMT | Antonio Rivero, head of Civil Protection, announced at 8 PM (local time Venezuela) that 5 people have died, there are 2 wounded, 2 missing and 4.310 affected by the heavy rains, floods and landslides. The situation remains critical in the city of Caracas and the state of Vargas, where very many holiday makers are stranded on roads.
